Brief reminder that home call is a scam 💖😊💖 I still prefer it to a night shift system though, especially in fellowship, as I have a stubborn circadian rhythm and it takes me 3 days to adjust every time. Honestly, I actually like 28 hour calls that have built in post calls- they are not fun and not physiologic but are easier on my body than the alternatives.
